In this subsequent paper of part I [ibid. 161, No.~5, 668--697 (2009; Zbl 1186.15020)], the author at first gives definitions and operations over tensor polynomials. He then discusses the minimal polynomial of the tensor of the module \(\mathbb{C}_{2p}(\Omega)\), and closes with some theorems on adjoint, normal, Hermitian, and unitary tensors of the module \(\mathbb{C}_{2p}(\Omega)\).
