The authors prove a summability factor theorem for summability \(\left| A,\delta \right| _{k}\) where \(k\geq 1,\) \(\delta >0\) and lower triangular matrix with nonnegative entries satisfying a certain condition. The theorem is an extension of the main result of \textit{H. Bor} and \textit{H. Seyhan} in [Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 30, 1041--1046 (1999; Zbl 0942.40001)].
