The notion of hypernear-ring modules is introduced and studied. Since the notion of hypernear-ring used is in the classical form, originating from Krasner, where only the addition is a hyperoperation and has the form of a quasi-canonical hypergroup (or polygroup), a lot of results can be obtained.
