Static spherically-symmetric vacuum solutions of \(f(R)\)-gravitational theories are considered. Equations of \(f(R)\)-theories are reduced to the Einstein equations with a source in the form of a scalar field with a potential. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence of solutions admitting conformal continuations are formulated.
