A general non-local lattice differential equation with delay is investigated. The authors focus on the existence and uniqueness of travelling wavefronts as well as the asymptotic speed of propagation. Moreover, the minimal wave speed of travelling wavefronts is studied. It is shown that the asymptotic speed of propagation and the minimal wave speed coincide. Methods used in the article include monotone iteration techniques and Schauder's fixed point theorem.
