As a generalization of results presented by \textit{P. W. Eloe} and \textit{M. N. Islam} [Commun. Appl. Anal. 5, No. 1, 113--120 (2001; Zbl 1084.34507)], the authors obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution of fourth-order \(p\)-Laplacian boundary value problems with impulsive effects.
