In this paper the author proved a summability factor theorem for summability \(| A| _k\) where \(k\geq 1\), and lower triangular matrix with non-negative entries satisfying certain condition. The theorem is an generalization of the result of \textit{S. M. Mazhar} [Kyungpook. Math. J. 39,67--73 (1999; Zbl 0932.40006)].
