The author gives a characterization for a pair \((D',D)\) (\(D'\subset D\)) of pseudoconvex domain in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) to be weak Runge pair, such that holomorphic functions on \(D'\) can be approximated uniformly on compact sets by meromorphic functions on \(D\). Some explicit examples are also given in this note.
