A weakly para-cosymplectic manifold is an almost Sasakian manifold \((M,g,\varphi,\xi,\eta)\) such that the 1-form \(\eta\) and the fundamental 2-form \(\Phi\) are closed and that the Riemannian curvature of \(g\) commutes in a sense with \(\varphi\). The authors analyze the 3-dimensional case and classify the locally homogeneous manifolds under consideration.
