In Part I, \textit{I. Yokota} [ J. Math. Kyoto Univ. 41, No. 3, 449--474 (2001; Zbl 1042.17004 )] dealt with the exceptional groups of type \(G_2\), \(F_4\) and \(E_6\). Here the authors deal with the exceptional groups of type \(E_7\) and one of the five possible \(7\)-gradings.
