Weak martingale Hardy spaces and three kinds of weak atoms are considered. The atomic decomposition of weak martingale Hardy spaces are proved. Sufficient conditions are given for a sublinear operator to be bounded on the weak martingale Hardy spaces. Some results are generalized from the papers by \textit{F. Weisz} [Probab. Theory Relat. Fields 84, No. 3, 361--376 (1990; Zbl 0687.60046) and Acta Math. Hung. 80, No. 3, 249--264 (1998; Zbl 0914.42021)].
