The greatest subharmonic minorant of a function is called a subharmonic envelope. \textit{B. J. Cole} and \textit{T. J. Ransford} [J. Funct. Anal. 147, No. 2, 420--442 (1997; Zbl 0873.31007)] have represented the subharmonic envelope using Jensen measures. The author is representing the subharmonic envelope using harmonic measures which form a subfamily of Jensen measures (see details in [\textit{B. J. Cole} and \textit{T. J. Ransford}, J. Reine Angew. Math. 541, 29--53 (2001; Zbl 0988.31002)]).
