    This article contains a generalization of the last two authors' rate 1/2 quasi-cyclic LDPC codes to rate \((\ell-1)/\ell\) codes. Both code constructions, earlier and the current, are motivated by codes considered by Bresnan. The authors find a Gröbner bases for the duals of their codes and also determine the dimensions of these codes.
