The authors define and study local bounded \(Rl\)-monoids (not necessarily commutative). Main results are related to the variety of good normal \(Rl\)-monoids that contains both the variety of good pseudo BL-algebras and the variety of Heyting algebras. Further, perfect \(Rl\)-monoids are introduced and characterized by means of the filter of elements of infinite order. The paper is well-written and contains useful information (sort of an up-to-date survey).
