By \textit{T. K. DeLillo, A. R. Elcrat} and \textit{J. A. Pfaltzgraff} [J. Anal. Math. 94, 17--47 (2004; Zbl 1080.30008)] a Schwarz-Christoffel formula for multiply connected domains has been derived. The derivative of the mapping function is given as an infinite product in terms of linear factors involving the images of prevertices successively reflected in the circular boundaries. In this paper it is shown how to obtain a set of equations in order to determine these unknown parameters. Some examples are calculated for domains of connectivity 2, 3 and 4. It turns out that increasing the connectivity from 3 to 4 the computing time increases by the factor 12.
