The article is focused on finding a proper reparametrization for a set of improper rational parametric equations. A special class of rational parametric equations is investigated -- the rational parametric equations are proper for all but one of their parameters. Here, a proper reparametrization theorem for this special class of rational parametric equations is given. The new parameters can be computed and a proper reparametrization of the original set of improper rational parametric equations is possible. Additionally, an algorithm that determines whether a set of rational parametric equations belongs to this special class is described.
