The authors reduce the equation \[ \Delta^{m} u=f(x),\qquad x\in \Omega, \] where \(\Omega \) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^2 \) with smooth boundary \(\Gamma \) and \(\Delta \) is the Laplace operator to an integral equation and discusses his approximate solution in the case, when the function \( f(x) \) has a special form.
