The hyper structure theory (also called multialgebras) was introduced in 1934 by F. Marty at the 8-th Congress of Scandinavian Mathematicians. Hyper structures have many applications to several sectors of both pure and applied sciences. In this paper, the authors discuss the properties of intuitionistic fuzzy \(H_v\)-ideals of \(H_v\)-rings and investigate some natural equivalence relations.
