Let \(G\) be a finite group. \(G\) is called a \(\mathbb Q\)-group if all of its irreducible characters are rational valued, and it is called a \(\mathbb Q_1\)-group if all of its non-linear characters are rational valued. \textit{M. R. Darafsheh} and \textit{H. Sharifi} [Arch. Math. 83, No. 2, 102-105 (2004; Zbl 1087.20006)] classified all the Frobenius \(\mathbb Q\)-groups. The aim of the paper under review is to classify all the Frobenius \(\mathbb Q_1\)-groups.
