The present paper is related to quantum lattice systems consisting of boson systems that describe integer-spin particles moving along the lattice and interacting with each other. In this paper, it is considered two model systems related to the original Bose-Hubbard Hamiltonian. These are the so-called Bose-Hubbard model with exchange interaction of infinite radius and the Bose-Hubbard model with repulsion potential of hard spheres. It is established a rigorous proof of the presence of a Bose condensate in the super-stable lattice Bose gas model which includes the Bose-Hubbard model as a particular case. It is also presented certain statements concerning the domain of the phase diagram with non-Mott behavior.
