The harmonic Orlicz star sum of two star bodies is defined in this paper. A new concept of Orlicz harmonic combination is obtained by means of convenient modification of the harmonic Orlicz star sum. A new notion of dual mixed Orlicz volume follows together with the corresponding dual Orlicz-Minkowski mixed volume inequality and dual Orlicz-Brunn-Minkowski inequality.
