The notion of CR-submanifold, first introduced by \textit{A. Bejancu} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 69, 135-142 (1978; Zbl 0368.53040)] for Kählerian manifolds, was then defined for Sasakian manifolds. Here the author deals with the CR-submanifolds of a Sasakian manifold with vanishing contact Bochner curvature and obtains some results on the sectional curvature.
