This paper consists of the second part of the author's investigation of polarized manifolds (M,L) with \(\Delta\)-genus two. Here he deals with the case \(\dim (M)=n\geq 2\), \(L^ n=3\), \(h^ 0(M,L)=n+1\) and where the base locus of \(| L|\) consists only of finitely many points.
