The author gives a generalization of the classical method for the investigation of dissipative differential systems of second order. The method is based on the substitution of the considered differential system by a differential inclusion which majors this system. Then, from the geometrical properties of the solutions of this differential inclusion it is possible to deduce some properties of the solutions of the investigated system.
