The fundamental field is the universal field of inertia. The gravitational field is its second, external manifestation. It arises in the process of the expanding evolution of the Universe with the origin of particles with energy as resultant indeterminacy relations and principle of complementarity. An understanding of relativistic and quantum mechanism of origin of gravity explains why the gravity acts between all kinds of actual particles with energy and has an additive-nonadditive character. It explains why gravitational forces cannot be `shaded' or suppressed. It concretizes (transforms) the programme of relativistic quantum gravity to programme of theory of the relativistic-quantum- mechanics existence of particles and fields under concrete conditions of ultrastable nondecelerative universes.
