The norm of the interpolation operator for quadratic spline interpolation ``at the knots'' with one fixed endpoint derivative is developed. While convergence does not hold in general, a certain condition on the spline derivatives at the knots yields an O(h) error bound. In a final section independent of the rest of the paper, a convergent scheme using additional knots is discussed.
