In Anlehnung an seine Arbeit [Aequationes Math. 35, No.1, 31-44 (1988; Zbl 0644.53013)] beweist Verf. das Hauptresultat: The complete, connected group 3-webs are just the quotients N/\(\Gamma\), where \(\Gamma\) is a group of direction preserving collineations acting freely and properly discontinuously on a connected and simply connected 3-net N. Zum Beweis entwickelt Verf. drei Lemmata, die für sich auch von Interesse sind.
