Continuing the program begun in Part I [reviewed above (see Zbl 0696.55022)], the authors calculate \(H^*eBE\) for the cases where the order of E either is not divisible by 4, or is divisible by 4 and the associated quadratic form has Arf invariant 1. These proofs are more complicated than the case considered in Part I because the associated Chevalley groups are twisted. They also give explicit splittings for BE in some cases where E has small order.
