Let M, N be compact Riemannian manifolds of dimensions m and n respectively. Let \(u: M\times [0,\infty)\to N\) be a weak solution of the heat-flow problem for harmonic maps. We show that the singular set of u on \(M\times \{t\}\), \(t>0\), has finite (m-2)-dimensional Hausdorff measure.
