Vector fields and framings on isolated complete intersection singularities (Q914196)

In this article it is proved that triviality of the complex orthogonal complement of a vector field on an n-dimensional, isolated, complete intersection germ is equivalent to the index of such a vector field at the singularity being a multiple of (n-1)! The appropriate definition of index used here was given by the author in a previous paper.
