In a Besançon-thesis 1978, A. Kerkour has given a method of constructing explicitly unramified cyclic extensions of prime power degree of an algebraic number field. The author applies the method and computes the Hilbert class fields of \({\mathbb Q}(\sqrt{226})\) and \({\mathbb Q}(\sqrt{646})\).
