For an arbitrary microlocal operator \(u(x,x')dx\) [see \textit{M. Sato}, \textit{T. Kawai} and \textit{M. Kashiwara}, Lect. Notes Math. 287, 263-529 (1973; Zbl 0277.46039)] a symbol function (Fourier transform) \(\hat u(x,\xi)\) is defined and it is proved that this map is an isomorphism of certain sheaves and formulae for symbols of adjoint operator and product of operators are derived.
