Let \(G\) be a bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\Gamma\) in \(\mathbb R^ k\). The paper deals with the boundary value problem \(A(x,D)u(x)=f_ 0(x)\) in \(G\) and \(B(x,D)u(x)=\phi(x)\) on \(\Gamma\), where \(u(x)\) is an unknown \(n\)-dimensional vector function and the matrices \(A(x,D)\) and \(B(x,D)\) consist of linear differential operators.
