COILS(v) denotes a (3,2,1)-conjugate orthogonal idempotent Latin square of order v and ICOILS(v,n) will denote an incomplete COILS(v) missing a sub COILS(n). One can know from another paper by the same author [see Ars Comb. 28, 203-213 (1989; see the review below)] that the authors denote the six conjugates of a quasigroup Q by Q(i,j,k). In this paper the authors study the existence of ICOILS(v,n) for small values of v and n.
