In the paper, the edge-symmetric non-regular imbeddings of complete graphs in orientable surfaces are classified. This completes the classification of all edge-symmetric orientable complete maps [cf. \textit{L. D. James} and \textit{G. A. Jones}, J. Comb. Theory, Ser. B 39, 353-367 (1985; Zbl 0584.05028)].
