This paper concerns the relation between F-purity and seminormality in a noetherian local ring of dimension 1. The main result is the equivalence between F-purity and seminormality, when A is a local 1-dimensional ring of prime characteristic p, with finite Frobenius endomorphism and perfect residue field.
