The author considers generalized foliations in the sense of \textit{P. Stefan} [Bull. Am. Math. Soc. 80, 1142-1145 (1974; Zbl 0293.51015)] and \textit{P. Dazord} [Indag. Math. 47, 21-39 (1985; Zbl 0584.57016)] with special singular leaves. Then, for this kind of foliations he defines a holonomy groupoid which is a topological groupoid. The last section of the paper is devoted to construct examples of holonomy groupoids for generalized foliations with nontrivial holonomy maps.
