The author gives further development of his block method for the approximate solution of the Laplace equation in a rather wide class of domains (circular polygons). This class contains all domains with boundaries formed by rays, segments, parts of circles and isolated circles. In particular domains with sections, zero angles between tangent arcs of circles, zero angles in infinity and infinite domains with finite boundary are considered.
