Since M. D. Mesarovic and Y. Takahara have introduced the mathematical foundations of general systems theory, a few scholars have studied fuzzy models of general systems. For example, the author of this paper has given a model of general systems. This paper is the continuation of his works; two new concepts, sup-quotient and inf-quotient L-fuzzy systems are given. Of course, these are interesting. Comparison problems and stabilities of L-fuzzy systems are discussed.
