We construct, for any totally real rationally convex submanifold in \({\mathbb{C}}^ n\), a symplectic structure positive with respect to the complex structure, which vanishes on the submanifold. This allows us to show that any such submanifold is isotopic, through totally real submanifolds, to a Lagrangian one.
