The paper studies the classical boson string in the affine Weyl chamber. It is shown that the Hamiltonian formalism together with the twistor approach yields in a natural manner the energy-momentum tensors which are symmetric with respect to the complex Coxeter groups. The invariance properties of the evolution equations are studied.
