Skew-Hadamard matrices are of special interest due to their use among others in constructing orthogonal designs. In this noteworthy paper, the authors give an excellent survey on the existence and equivalence of skew-Hadamard matrices, giving useful tables and summaries of methods. In addition, they present some new skew-Hadamard matrices of order 52 and improve the known lower bound (from 1 to 561) on the number of skew-Hadamard matrices of this order.
