This paper develops the existence of expected multi-utility representations of an affine pre-order. It is shown that when the pre-order in question is bounded this result extends to the set of lotteries that consists of all probabilities on the prize space. A number of theorems and lemmas are presented for theoretical foundation but without any experiments.
