The authors consider delay-dependent stability of linear systems with time-varying structured uncertainties and multiple time varying state delays. Employing the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), they establish new stability criteria which are less conservative and generalize existing results. Numerical calculations to illustrate the usefulness of the new criteria are given.
