This is a sequel to the paper [Rep. Math. Phys. 54, No.~3, 373--427 (2004; Zbl 1134.70314)], in which the authors studied classical systems (with affine symmetry) with collective and internal degrees of freedom. In the present paper, the models discussed in Part I are quantized using the Schrödinger quantization.
