The authors consider the Volterra integral equation \[ y(t) = \int_0^t \frac{s^{\mu-1}}{t^\mu}y(s)ds + g(t), \quad t \in [0,T], \] where \(\mu > 0\) and \(g(t)\) is a given function. For this equation they construct a special collocation method with superconvergence properties.
