The paper presents numerical results concerning the solution of the first-order time-harmonic Maxwell equations discretized by discontinuous Galerkin methods. Three different strategies for the numerical flux, which have been proposed in the literature for the second-order formulation of Maxwell's equations are studied in the two-dimensional case.
