Open-closed field algebras (Q934620)

In the paper under review the author defines the notion of open-closed field algebra over a vertex operator algebra \(V\). Under certain assumptions on \(V\), he shows that an open-closed field algebra over \(V\) canonically gives an algebra over a \({\mathbb C}\)-extension of Swiss-cheese partial operad introduced in [\textit{Y.-Z. Huang} and \textit{L. Kong}, Commun. Math. Phys. 250, No. 3, 433--471 (2004; Zbl 1083.17010)]. Finally, he considers these algebras from tensor-categorical point of view.
