Consider the critical Sobolev isotropic Brownian flow in \(\mathbb R^d(d\geq 2)\). On the basis of the work of \textit{Y. LeJan} and \textit{O. Raimond} [Ann. Probab. 30, 826--873 (2002; Zbl 1037.60061)], the authors prove that the corresponding flow is a flow of homeomorphisms. The main results are applied to stochastic transport equations with divergence-free vector fields.
