The paper deals with the Sobolev problem over smooth compact manifolds in the case when the boundary condition is prescribed on a submanifold \(X\) which is a union of several transversally intersecting smooth manifolds. By means of the theory of elliptic morphisms, the author finds conditions under which the problem is a Fredholm one, and constructs the solution itself.
